Founded in 2023 by committed entrepreneur Alexandre Mars, with support from the Almayuda foundation, INFIИITE aims to break down barriers that prevent some young people from aiming high. The idea? To provide talented students from modest backgrounds with the means to access the best schools and universities, in France or internationally. Through a zero-interest loan, without co-signer, which they only repay once employed, they can fund their studies without pressure. This loan is based on a circular and supportive model, where money repaid by one student is reused to support the next beneficiary. Alongside this financial support, INFIИITE also offers human guidance, with committed mentors who inspire, advise, and open doors. The result: a decisive boost, invaluable security, and above all, a united community that believes in merit, not social origin.
INFIИITE arose from a simple yet unacceptable observation: even today, top schools and prestigious universities are reserved for a minority. Young people from modest backgrounds are dramatically underrepresented. In contrast, children from higher managerial backgrounds access these institutions in droves: up to 70 students out of 100, compared to barely 10 from working-class backgrounds.
Another issue: everything often revolves around Île-de-France, which reinforces inequalities for those growing up elsewhere. Then there are the invisible barriers: lack of money, lack of networks, and above all, lack of confidence. Many do not even dare to try their luck, even though they have the talent.
What INFIИITE wants to change… and how?
The objective is clear: to help talented youth from less privileged neighborhoods aim high and achieve their goals. Specifically, we provide them with the means to enter the best schools, in France or elsewhere in the world.
Behind this, there is a true vision:
. To cultivate a new generation of leaders who are more open, more diverse, and more connected to reality.
. To challenge conventions and break closed circles by opening large companies to different profiles.
. To create a solidarity dynamic between generations, where everyone helps the next to progress.
To achieve this, INFIИITE has established a solution based on three essential pillars: a zero-interest loan, personalised mentorship, and masterclasses and thematic workshops.
Support, network, inspiration: the right mix to progress
INFIИITE primarily offers a zero-interest student loan, without co-signer, of up to €50,000 to finance 2 to 4 years of study. Repayment only begins upon entering professional life, with flexibility tailored to individual paths. The funds repaid are used to support the next beneficiary’s journey.
Additionally, each beneficiary is paired with an experienced mentor: a trusted individual there to guide, advise, pass on knowledge, and open doors.
Finally, throughout the program, masterclasses and workshops are offered on key topics such as entrepreneurship, budget management, and mental health. These are led by experts… or sometimes even by the students themselves, in a participatory and upward approach. A comprehensive, human and practical support system.
Young People Who Are Determined!
INFIИITE targets brilliant, motivated, and committed young individuals, primarily from underprivileged backgrounds. The vast majority are scholarship recipients (90%), and more than half live below the median income threshold. Despite these barriers, they aim high, and they succeed: many are currently at Harvard, Oxford, Columbia, HEC, Polytechnique, Sciences Po, Bocconi, or McGill.
In addition to their academic paths, these young people engage in society: 8 out of 10 are involved in associations or community projects. They are inspiring profiles, just waiting for a push to overcome the last barriers and take their rightful place in the world of tomorrow.
The selection process for INFIИITE is based on two key steps: a complete application to assess personal circumstances and motivations, followed by an interview with a jury of engaged professionals. Applications are accepted based on several criteria: academic level, determination, civic engagement, and leadership potential. No need for a perfect CV, just a genuine desire to make a difference!

In 2024, 70 individuals experienced this journey. In 2025, it will be a hundred. And this is just the beginning. The long-term goal?
